Privacy notice

CLASSREVO LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17352126), is the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us about your data at [email protected].

When you fill in our interest form we collect:

• your name;
• your email address and/or WhatsApp number, and which you prefer us to use;
• your answers about your teaching: qualification level, experience, how many students you would teach with us and how often, and anything else you choose to tell us;
• how you found us — the campaign link or website that sent you to our page, if any;
• the date and time you agreed to us contacting you.

If you book a demo, we also receive the booking details from our scheduling provider (the time, your time zone and anything you enter when booking). We keep a record of our conversations with you, such as when we emailed, messaged or called you and a short summary of what was discussed.

• To get back to you about CLASSREVO, answer your questions and arrange demos — with your consent, which you give on the form.
• To understand which of our marketing works, and to keep the form free of spam — in our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Convex — hosts our application and database;
• Cloudflare — hosts our website and runs the Turnstile spam check on the form;
• Resend — sends our emails;
• Calendly — handles demo bookings;
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when we message you on WhatsApp at your request.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

If you go on to become a CLASSREVO tutor, your details move into your teacher account. Otherwise we keep them for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. You can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time — just tell us, by replying to any message from us or emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
